  • Failure to complete payment may result in removal from the program

All registrations are subject to the Game SZN Refund Policy (linked separately).

Game SZN reserves the right to modify schedules, locations, or programs as needed. Refunds are handled according to the stated policy.

5. Cancellations & Schedule Changes

Game SZN may cancel, reschedule, or relocate sessions due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Facility issues

  • Safety concerns

  • Low enrollment

Make-up sessions or credits may be offered at our discretion.

6. Code of Conduct

All participants, parents, and spectators must:

  • Treat staff, coaches, and other participants with respect

  • Follow all program rules and guidelines

  • Maintain appropriate behavior at all times

Game SZN reserves the right to remove any participant or family for inappropriate behavior without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Game SZN website—including logos, branding, text, images, and media—is the property of Game SZN and may not be used, copied, or distributed without permission.

8. Media & Marketing Use

By participating in Game SZN programs, you agree that photos and videos may be taken and used for:

  • Social media

  • Website and marketing

  • Promotional materials

If you wish to opt out, you must notify us in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Game SZN is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
