refund policy

Effective Date: April 1, 2026

At Game SZN, we plan our programs based on limited capacity and committed registrations. Please review our refund policy below.

1. Refund Eligibility

  • Full refunds are available if requested at least 4 weeks prior to the program start date

  • Refund requests made within 4 weeks of the start date are not eligible for refunds

2. Credit Policy (Within 4 Weeks)

If a participant is unable to attend and the request is made within 4 weeks of the start date:

  • A program credit may be issued at our discretion

  • Credits must be used for a future Game SZN program

  • Credits expire within 6 months

3. Medical Exceptions

In the case of injury or medical issues:

  • A doctor’s note may be required

  • A partial credit or refund may be issued at our discretion

4. Cancellations by Game SZN

If Game SZN cancels a program due to:

  • Low enrollment

  • Facility issues

  • Other operational reasons

Participants will receive either:

  • A full refund, or

  • The option to transfer into another program

5. Weather & Make-Ups

  • Weather-related cancellations do not qualify for refunds

  • Make-up sessions or credits may be offered when possible

6. Removal from Program

If a participant is removed due to:

  • Behavioral issues

  • Violation of program rules

No refund or credit will be issued.

7. Missed Sessions

No refunds or credits will be provided for:

  • Missed sessions

  • Scheduling conflicts

  • No-shows

8. Processing Fees

Approved refunds may be subject to processing or administrative fees.

9. Agreement

By registering for Game SZN programs, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
